01 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProneFlix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.

02 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access ProneFlix. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

03 — User Accounts & Content

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Profile Pictures: You may upload a profile picture. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display this image within your account area.
• Curated Content: The video content on ProneFlix is curated by our team. We do not permit regular user uploads of video or photo galleries at this time.
• Reporting Content: If you believe any content on the Platform violates your rights or our standards, you may submit a removal request to [email protected]. We will review and process such requests in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

04 — Resource Usage & Scraping

ProneFlix is intended for personal, non-commercial use. To ensure a high-quality experience for all members, we strictly prohibit the use of automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access Platform content.

Excessive resource usage that impacts the stability of the Platform or the access of other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to take any actions we deem just—including rate limiting or permanent IP bans—to protect the integrity of the service.

05 — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempting to bypass any content protection or access control measures.
• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.

06 — Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.

07 — Future Services & Payments

While ProneFlix is currently a free service, we reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers, premium features, or other monetization models in the future. Any such changes will be governed by additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

08 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ProneFlix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

09 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProneFlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
